Hello, as many of you have inquired about what size standards we have in the pride, I am making one to clear things up.
First of all, I'd like to say, 'dwarfism' or 'Gigantism' has never been spotted in any Lions for all I know in my knowledge, so these conditions are notallowed in any circumstance.
Let's start off youngest to oldest.
- Newborn cubs will start off at the bottom of the sizing chart.
Cubs will grow little by little everyday until they reach adolescence, which at 1 year they should be at this size, females a tad smaller.
At 3 years old, this is the small limit females can be.
At 3 years old, this is the small limit males can be.
This is the height limit for females 3 +
Males can go all the way up.
